Description

  • Self-hosted device for easy interaction and room booking. Place outside each bookable meeting room, conference room and other bookable spaces.
  • Display: 8 inch (200 x 200 x 25mm) capacitive touch display with anti-fingerprint treatment. Feautures 23 user interface languages, proximity sensor and ambient light sensor.
  • Bright and vivid colours indicates if a room is available or occupied. Green indicates the room is available for more than 10 minutes. Orange indicates an upcoming meeting starting within 10 minutes. Red indicates there is an ongoing meeting in the room.
  • Connects to Wi-fi. Book on your calendar software by adding the room to your appointment or book on a smarthphone by adding the room as an invitee.
  • No additional software is required. Integrates with most platforms for a seamless connection to your calendar: Microsoft Office 365 / Exchange, Google Workspace, IBM Lotus Domino and Evoko Booking. Open API for third party integration.
  • Communication via real-time two-way connection. Real-time monitoring and statistics that can be exported to MS Excel to help analize and optimise the use of meeting rooms and equipment.
  • Remote management with multi-site support. Book, cancel or extend a meeting from your electronic calendar or directly on the screen outside the meeting room. If the room is busy the room manager will tell you where the nearest room is available.
  • Check in to confirm your booking by pressing the button that shows up 10 minutes before the meeting starts. If no check in within the set time limit (up to 30min after meeting starts), the room will be released and become available for others.
